PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how oFFcaSoftware ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application One More Floor (the "App").

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not directly collect personal information. However, third-party services integrated into the App may collect certain data automatically:

Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage data such as session duration, in-app events, device type, and OS version. This data is used solely to understand how users interact with the App and to improve it.
Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports including device state at the time of a crash. No personally identifiable information is included.
Google AdMob — displays advertisements and may collect the Advertising ID (GAID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your device settings and applicable laws.
Google Play Games Services — if you sign in, your Google Play Games profile (display name, avatar) is used to submit leaderboard scores. We do not store this data on our own servers.

2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

To improve the App's performance and user experience
To diagnose and fix technical issues
To display advertisements that support free access to the App
To operate leaderboards and competitive features

3. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties. Data collected by third-party SDKs (Google) is governed by Google's own privacy policies:

We retain analytics and crash data for up to 14 months as permitted by Firebase's default retention settings. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of personalized advertising (via your device's Ad Settings)

To opt out of personalized ads on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

7. SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
